The 22nd meeting of REVES will be held in Havana, Cuba, on May 19-21, 2010, organized by Laurence G. Branch, PhD, of the University of South Florida in Tampa (lgbranch@fmhi.usf.edu ).He will be assisted by Dr. Siu Lan (Karen) Cheung of the University of Hong Kong (cslk@hku.hk ).
The overall theme of the meeting is
"Public health interventions to increase health expectancies",
but the usual topics of REVES such as general views on health expectancies, measuring disability, classification systems, estimation methods, statistical considerations, available software... will have of course their place.

Abstract form is available by clicking in the right window as well as registration and hotel booking forms. Please, return them to Siu Lan Cheung with a copy to Larry Branch. Practical issues are addressed in a special document to help you prepare your travel to Cuba and enjoy your stay there. A specific document providing the current statement for US citizens traveling to Cuba is also available: click on US traveling to Cuba.

This the first time a REVES meeting is held in Cuba: we look forward to meeting you in Havana!
